My Family, Friends and Critters,,,A story about the events in my life.

Tuesday, February 24, 2009

My name is Terry Richardson, I am the Mother of Erick D. Charette. My son was arrested a little over a year ago and spent 11 months at the Collin County Detention Center. This arrest came down because his girlfriend Lacrisha Sisk said that Erick had held her captive and threatened her with a sword. When in fact she had admitted to him that she had been cheating on him and he broke the sword on a butcher block table. She left that night and returned the next day to bring him their child to watch while she went to work. Her Mother now has their child along with two other children belonging to Lacrisha from a previous relationship, this is important as I believe this was a ploy on Lacrisha’s part to let her Mother have all her children as she had said she was going to give the child to her Mother but Erick had said no that he wanted their child. Erick spent 11 months at the Collin County Detention Facility without ever having a trial (whatever happened to the right to a speedy trial) a friend of his finally bailed Erick out and he had 2 months here with me. He was unable to find a job in this time because of the economy at this time. Without finding a job he had no way back to Collin County. Erick told James Whalen about the problem and that he would turn himself into the Barstow Ca. Police Dept. to be extradited back to Texas in time for his trial. James Whalen told Erick the he could get an extension on the trial but not to worry as the most likely would not extradite him and not to call his bail bondsman that he as Erick’s Legal Council (James Whalen) would contact the bondsman for him. This never happened or there has been a big mistake as Erick in sitting in the San Bernardino, CA County jail. Please answer this question. Why is a young man sitting in jail for over a year because a female said something happened? Also now will it be another year before he gets another trial? She (Lacrisha) has a history of doing this with Erick and any man she has ever had a relationship with. She had a couple of key scratches on her face (a sword does not scratch). I believe his civil rights are being violated and intend to do something about it. I will not stop with just your office. I will take the whole story to any news media that will listen this includes every state including Texas (mostly Texas) any talk show that will listen to the complete story, Governors, Congressmen and the President of the United States. Why is it that Erick is in jail when the police contacted Lacrisha she had 4 warrants and is still free as a bird (maybe because she is cute) Lacraha and her Mother are some of the biggest drug users in McKinney and they both are free as a bird. Is Erick in jail because his Drivers License is from Ca and hers is from TX? You have to admit that this whole thing is very silly and needs to be dealt with immediately. Please believe me that I won’t quit until this matter has been resolved. Not only is this disrupting his live but mine also and the lives of his two other children who cry and want there Father back home.

New to Vegas

See that little white dot down there? That is me, yep me new to Vegas. I went from sig-alerts and the PCH to Airliners in the sky and the 95, 215, and the 15. If you get directions while on the Strip and the person tells you to go west on DI, it simply means you will be turning left off Las Vegas Blvd onto Desert Inn Rd. If you are told we will be going through the spaghetti bowl, don't expect fast food Italian. When you hear, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Don't believe it. NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox news takes care of that.
There are about 1 billion fast food places here and about the same amount of Starbucks (Yummy) You can spend anywhere between $4.95 to $495.00 for a prime rib dinner. You can also go to Lake Mead, visit Hoover Dam and have lunch at the Dam Cafe. Then go to the Dam souvenir shop and spend some more dam money.
